Phase 1
Rough Clean
Initial cleanup done during or right after construction, before final finishes. We remove large debris and leftover materials, sweep or shop-vac floors to clear sawdust and dust piles, and wipe down walls to remove obvious dust or marks, preparing the site for flooring, fixtures, or final touches.
Phase 2
Final Clean
A thorough, detailed clean performed once construction is complete. We vacuum and high-dust to capture fine drywall dust from ceilings, lights, ductwork, and vents; wipe down walls, baseboards, doors, and window sills; clean cabinets, countertops, and appliances inside and out; and scrub and sanitize bathrooms and kitchens where present.
Phase 3
Touch-Up
A final pass performed right before handover, once other trades have finished their last tasks. We address any dust or marks that resettled after the Final Clean, spot-clean fingerprints and residue left by movers or installers, and do a last walkthrough to confirm the space is genuinely ready for occupants.
